Intro to Yoga 6 Week Series


This 6 week series meets every Thursday at 4:45pm for 1 hour. Led by Certified Yoga Teacher with over 1,000 teaching hours and studio owner Natalia T Galindo.

This Intro is a great course even if you’ve been practicing yoga for some time. During the course students will learn about the roots of yoga, the philosophy, the different styles, how to practice the poses correctly for their own body constitution, meditation and breathing practices. Included in the price is a book and a student manual.

You must register and pay in advance to attend the series.
