3. Prop Yourself Up- Blankets/Bolsters/Tennis balls

Props are for every body! In this workshop, you will learn the purpose and uses of blankets, bolsters and tennis balls in yoga. We will practice using these various props for supporting the body, acupressure, and restoration. You will walk away confidently knowing how and when to use these props specifically for your own use. This workshop is meant for any yoga practitioner who wants to learn more about blocks and how they can benefit your practice. Beginners are welcome!
Teacher’s Bio: Melissa is a 500 hour registered yoga teacher and has been teaching since February 2018. With each class and workshop, Melissa strives to provide her students with a challenging yet relaxing practice to invigorate the spirit and soothe the mind.
