This class offers a yoga sequence that links breath with movement.  Move fluidly through a strong Vinyasa practice at your own pace and the rhythm of your own breath. This class will combine basic instruction with options for challenging modifications, including lots of core work and more advanced postures. This flowing sequence will leave you grounded, centered and inspired!


Gentle Yoga is perfect for everyone, especially those who are brand new to yoga, seniors, pregnant women, as well as those suffering from an injury or chronic pain. This class is designed to relieve stress and tension in the body and mind. “Normal” yoga poses are modified for supreme comfort and the relaxation is deep and nourishing, and it is a wonderful class for anyone wanting to wind down or coming back to yoga after a hiatus.

Flow class for all levels!  Learn the basics and different variations of a Vinyasa Flow, moving at your own pace and level.  Enjoy lots of yummy stretching and a relaxing cool down, setting the tone for an awesome weekend!

Iyengar Yoga

Jolemy has been practicing Iyengar yoga for over 11 years. The Iyengar Teaching is oriented towards gradual but steady progress, rather than quick and fleeting results. Each Iyengar Yoga class is a unique sequence developed by the CIYT to guide students through a safe and systematic progression. Through skilled instruction and practice, students learn to penetrate beyond the physical body to the inner kosas (layers) of mind, energy and spirit, gaining vitality, clarity and calm through the practice.

Iyengar Yoga is a powerful and sophisticated discipline which can be practiced in all stages of life. The benefits are far-reaching and will assist the practitioner in every aspect of daily living.


Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing practice of supported poses, guided relaxation, yogic breathing and an extended savasana (final resting pose).  This meditative practice cultivates a necessary balance between body and mind while dissolving physical and mental tension.  Leave feeling renewed and restored.


Using the wall as a tool through various yoga poses, Wall Yoga provides resistance and support in order to build core awareness and strength. This class is excellent for students of all levels as it explores the foundation of each posture with hands-on instruction for ideal alignment. This fun class helps improve alignment, strength and balance!

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slower style of yoga, utilizing props. The aim is to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility by targeting both the deep connective tissues between the muscles and the fascia throughout the body.

Moon Meditations

Moon mediations are offered on the new and full moon throughout the month. The teaching staff rotates to offer students a variation of meditation styles. This class is perfect for anyone on any physical level. There might be movement, journaling, music, quiet meditation the styles will vary. Class dates vary depending on the date of the full and new moon, but the time remains the same 5-5:45pm. $10 to drop in or unlimited members come for free.
